Full administrative capabilities for this e-commerce site with 10 different offices around the world in multiple languages and multiple product offerings. Secure web administrator allows extensive control over product pages including manufacturer and category groupings, product sorting, item grouping and sorting within products, photo and document uploads, and batch editing pages. User profile and content management.
My Role:
I am the sole developer on this site. I designed it, developed the site and back end administrator in Cold Fusion, and created the SQL Server database to store products and site content. I have handled all maintenance and improvements to the site over the last 5 years.
Results:
Custom development of site allows great flexibility to Daxten’s site admins with a little knowledge of HTML to create advanced content while making more complicated functions of the site easy to update. A recent redesign has dramatically improved search engine rankings.
